Get in Touch
The best way to contact us is by email:
Please mention Vimessa in your subject line so we can identify which publication your message concerns. A short description of your question and any relevant article links will help us understand your enquiry.
Questions About an Article
If you would like clarification about something we have published, include the article URL and the section you are referring to. For questions about software, hardware, or a troubleshooting guide, it also helps to include the product name, software version, and the behaviour you are seeing.
We welcome thoughtful questions and feedback. Individual setups can differ, so a description of your circumstances is often more useful than a general request to fix a problem.
Corrections and Website Problems
If you find an inaccurate detail, outdated information, a broken link, or a problem with the website, please let us know. Include the page URL, a brief explanation of the issue, and a reliable source when you are suggesting a factual correction.
For display problems, tell us which device and browser you are using. A screenshot can also help show what went wrong.
Topic Suggestions
Is there a technology question you keep finding incomplete answers to? We welcome suggestions related to technology, AI, gadgets, gaming hardware, and practical software guides. Tell us what you would like explained and what existing coverage seems to be missing.
Collaborations and Business Enquiries
For relevant collaborations, product information, media enquiries, or advertising discussions, use the same email address and include the name of your organisation, the purpose of your message, and a link to the product or project involved. Please make the proposed scope clear so we can assess whether it fits Vimessa and its readers.
Sending a proposal or product information does not guarantee coverage or a particular editorial outcome.
